Refund & Returns Policy

At talkdigitally.com we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before you buy.

Digital products & change of mind

All products sold on talkdigitally.com are digital goods (ebooks, guides, prompt packs, bundles, and Notion templates) that are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy.

When we will provide a refund or replacement

  • The product file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • The product is significantly different from how it was described on the product page.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order, or made a duplicate purchase in error and have not yet downloaded the product.

When a refund may not be available

  • You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
  • You did not achieve the results you hoped for (results depend on how the material is applied — see our Disclaimer).
  • You do not have, or did not set up, the free third-party tools some products use (such as a Notion account or an AI assistant).

How to request a refund

Email us at support@talkdigitally.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We review every request fairly and will usually respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
