CURATED DIGITAL COLLECTIONS ✦ BUILT FOR CREATORS & FOUNDERS

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Welcome to Talk Digitally. These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use talkdigitally.com and purchase our downloadable digital collections. Please read them before placing an order. If you have questions, contact admin@talkdigitally.com.

1. Who we are and acceptance of terms

Talk Digitally (“we”, “our” or “us”) operates this website and offers digital products. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights you have remain unaffected.

2. What we sell

Our shop offers three digital collections: Creator Launch Kit, Momentum Systems Collection and Digital Empire Library. Each collection contains the ebooks, prompt packs, bundles and/or Notion templates identified on its product page. These are digital resources, not physical items. The product listing at the time of purchase describes exactly what is included; examples and decorative artwork are for illustration unless stated otherwise.

3. Product information and suitability

Check the description, file formats, required software and included items carefully before ordering. Some templates may require a third-party account or compatible application, and external services may involve separate fees. You are responsible for determining whether a product meets your needs and for following instructions associated with it. We strive for accurate listings and will correct material errors when discovered.

4. Prices, currency, taxes and checkout

Prices and currency appear on the live product page and at checkout. Taxes, if applicable, and any checkout fees will be disclosed before payment is confirmed. Displayed prices may change for future purchases, but a completed order is subject to the amount shown at checkout when the order is placed, except where law permits correction of a genuine error. We use third-party payment providers where configured; their separate terms may apply to payment processing.

5. Orders and confirmation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and we accept the transaction. We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, apparent technical error or legal restrictions; where payment was taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

6. Digital delivery and access

No physical shipping is provided. After successful payment, downloads are ordinarily made available through the order confirmation page, email and/or customer account depending on the active WooCommerce settings. Delivery is subject to your payment being accepted and the website functioning normally. If you do not receive a download link, check your spam folder, order confirmation and account first, then email admin@talkdigitally.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Do not email payment card numbers or passwords.

7. Download limitations and security

Download links may expire or have usage limits if the product listing or checkout says so. You are responsible for keeping downloaded files and access links secure, storing backup copies where possible and ensuring you have appropriate software to open the files. We may take reasonable steps to protect download access from unauthorised sharing while respecting your lawful rights.

8. Licence to use products

Unless the relevant product listing expressly grants a different licence, purchasing a collection grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its resources for personal use or internal business purposes. You may adapt templates and use outputs you create for your own projects or client work where lawful, provided you do not give others the original downloadable assets or claim ownership of them. Product-specific terms and any third-party licence requirements take precedence where clearly stated.

9. Restrictions on redistribution

Without prior written permission or a product-specific licence allowing it, you must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to public repositories, share paid download links, repackage, or offer the original files as standalone or bundled products. You must not remove copyright notices from original files or use them in a way that infringes the rights of others. Purchasing a resource does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying material.

10. Third-party platforms and intellectual property

Some materials discuss or work with independent tools such as Notion, AI services, advertising platforms or business software. Those providers are not necessarily affiliated with or endorsing Talk Digitally. Their services, fees, usage policies and availability may change. Trademarks and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners, and you must comply with applicable third-party terms.

11. AI prompts, learning material and outcomes

Prompts, guides, examples, training and business resources are offered for general education and productivity. Outputs from AI tools may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee earnings, leads, conversions, search visibility, advertising performance, business growth or other results. Nothing on the website constitutes personalised legal, financial, tax or professional advice.

12. Refunds, faulty files and consumer protections

Because digital files can usually be accessed immediately, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once access has been supplied, unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy. If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, incorrectly described or otherwise fails an applicable legal guarantee, email admin@talkdigitally.com with your order information and details of the problem. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include assistance, corrected files, replacement or a refund as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Technical issues and support

We aim to keep this site and purchased resources accessible, but temporary maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages may occur. For order support, email admin@talkdigitally.com and include your order number, product name and a concise description of the issue. Never send passwords or full payment details. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate access problems.

14. Website use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to interfere with website security, gain unauthorised access, scrape or overload the service, introduce malware, make fraudulent purchases, impersonate others or use the site and products for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or take appropriate action where required to protect users, the website or legal rights.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment and service providers may also process data according to their own privacy practices.

16. Availability, changes and corrections

We may update product descriptions, pricing, included files and website features for future orders. The content and licence of a completed purchase are governed by the description and terms in effect at that purchase, subject to applicable law. We may also correct mistakes and modify these Terms & Conditions for future use; changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.

17. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of general educational resources, external services or website interruptions. This section does not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any non-excludable consumer remedies, liability for fraud or other mandatory obligations. You remain responsible for implementing resources carefully and independently verifying business decisions.

18. Disputes and applicable law

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at admin@talkdigitally.com so we can attempt to resolve it. Applicable laws and courts depend on the business’s legal establishment, your location and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing here requires you to waive rights or procedures protected by law.

19. Contact and updates

For questions about these terms, digital-delivery issues or purchase concerns, email admin@talkdigitally.com. The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with its updated date.
